About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Trading Revenue Generation to drive revenue growth and profitability in our proprietary trading business. As a senior leader, you will develop and execute revenue-focused strategies, expand market presence, and optimize trading operations across diverse asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore new markets, asset classes, and technological advancements to diversify revenue streams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within proprietary trading, investment banking, or financial markets.
  • Proven history of driving revenue growth and meeting performance targets in trading or financial sectors.
  • Expertise in algorithmic trading, quantitative strategies, and market microstructure.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, data analytics, and advanced trading technologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial modeling, trading software, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and quantitative tools is an advantage.
