Job DescriptionAs an IT Support Engineer at Nexthink, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to customers and partners worldwide. This includes direct handling of the troubleshooting phase, phone communication, and remote sessions with stakeholders. You will also track every request from beginning to resolution, participate in follow-up meetings with different teams, and update the knowledge base.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You have at least three years of technical support experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and consolidated experience in troubleshooting Linux server-side applications.
- You possess good knowledge of Windows OS and a strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, with Microservices being a plus. Additionally, you should have consolidated experience in virtualization, systems, and network administration.
- You have very strong orientation towards customer service, curiosity, and strong attention to details.
