About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and business partners to deliver exceptional support and ensure their success with the Board Intelligent Planning Platform.



Key Responsibilities


Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality technical support to customers, addressing complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also collaborate with internal teams, such as Software Development and Professional Services, to resolve highly complex technical issues related to solution deployment.



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field. Relevant experience working in customer support roles, particularly with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, is essential. Additionally, experience with Client/Server Operating Systems, Cloud solutions, and SQL/Odbc data source connections will be beneficial.
