Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Product Support Specialist to join our Support Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with customers and business partners to enable their success using the Board Platform.
- Your primary responsibility will be to acquire deep and extensive platform knowledge to become a trusted technical advisor and problem-solving expert, both internally and externally.
- You will deliver exceptional value to our customers by maintaining a high level of technical skills and proactivity in resolving complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Mathematics, or any relevant field.
- First-hand experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software is preferred.
- Familiarity with Client/Server Operating Systems, Cloud solutions, and Network Management is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ODBC data source connections is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
