Job Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue streams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve desired results.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in container liner/shipping industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Languages: English fluency required.


Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
