Overview

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative within our Customer Service department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, both written and verbal;

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns;

  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness;

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement;

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty;

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the feed or agriculture industry.
