**What are you going to do?**

The role gives you a unique opportunity to co-create and further develop our models and solutions with access to a multi-disciplinary and highly motivated team.
**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Supervise day-to-day operations with the customer service department and with the local team leaders.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to make sure we are meeting expectations.
- Implement an effective customer experience program.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports.
- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methodologies.

**What you need to succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position
- Skills to lead projects and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced excel and Power Point) and customer service software.
- Great level in both spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel through Spain and Portugal visiting the different teams.
