About the Team

The Growth team at Fever España promotes the company's business plan across all markets and ensures that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within the company. We make data-driven decisions from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever España business model and leverage it to interact with every team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Market Development Associate to analyze commercial opportunities in major markets. The candidate will define (together with General Managers) the strategy to be followed in commercial negotiations and conduct the analysis that will be key to generating future long-lasting partnerships. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing the feasibility of potential partnerships and proposing solutions so that they make sense for both Fever España and the potential partner
