Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual with experience delivering strategic organizational development, including operating model design, detailed organizational structure design, and developing effective governance processes. The Associate Principal will work on project teams with seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver custom solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver custom organizational development solutions for clients in Spain
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement effective governance processes
- Design and develop detailed organizational structures aligned with the operating model
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience delivering strategic organizational development projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A deep understanding of organizational design and development principles
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000, depending on experience.
