Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing frontline support to customers and routing their calls to the appropriate department. You'll also be expected to provide a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries, ensuring agreed KPIs are met, and performing duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Spanish native speaker, able to speak and write English fluently. You'll also require a minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry. We're looking for someone with excellent customer focus, time management skills, and telephone etiquette. IT literacy and previous Salesforce knowledge are an advantage.
