Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive

We're seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with C-suite executives across the Telecom industry vertical, driving new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, and field-based sales activities.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients. Your ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our Telecom industry customers will be crucial in driving success. You will work closely with our Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
This is a senior sales position that requires extensive experience in software or solutions sales. You must have a strong understanding of the Telco Industry and be able to promote a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment. Additionally, you should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and prospects. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap
- Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets
- The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
- Good knowledge of the Telco Industry
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
What We Offer:
ServiceNow offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
