Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven software sales professional to join our team in London. This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with potential clients, focusing on bespoke software solutions and end-to-end software development.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £60,000 per year, plus a substantial commission potential. Our benefits package includes competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, private medical insurance, discounted gym membership, quarterly tech setup budget, monthly social events, and annual company trips.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop outbound sales activities to build a robust pipeline targeting custom software solutions, end-to-end software development, and bespoke systems.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to ensure a strong, qualified pipeline for complex software solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build lasting rapport with key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of bespoke software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Opportunity Qualification & Deal Closing: Use consultative selling to identify new business opportunities and close deals, aligning bespoke software offerings with client objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of success in selling custom software solutions, including experience in the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke software development processes, including project scoping, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong ability to drive business development in a high-growth sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM for managing sales and pipeline tracking.
