We are partnering with a leading fintech company to find an experienced sales executive who can drive business growth and expansion in key markets.

**Job Overview**

This is a full-time or contract position, depending on the candidate's preference, with flexible public holidays and a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a strong understanding of payments and fintech sales.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling, as well as developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned markets and accounts. They will also lead sales calls and meetings, provide detailed reports, and track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to the senior management team.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong time management and organization skills. They should also be able to build trust quickly and enable their teams to be high performing. Experience in developing value propositions for new industry verticals and solutions is highly desirable.

**What We Offer**

We offer a base salary of **$80,000**, plus uncapped commission structure, higher performance, higher commissions. You will also have the opportunity to travel to and represent our client at top-tier conferences across sectors where you can close deals.
