Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Presenting compelling value propositions that align with customer objectives and IT strategies using solution selling techniques and cloud-based offerings.
  • Providing tailored technical product insights based on customer needs and scenarios.
  • Enhancing technical knowledge by implementing innovative strategies to ensure customer success in cloud solutions.
  • Assessing implementation requirements and pricing estimates to guarantee accurate cost projections for new services.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations and solution overviews to clients via digital platforms.
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients.
  • Conducting both group and individual training sessions on specialized topics.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of end-user scenarios, technical frameworks, and productivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity management, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment and management of productivity tools.
  • Passion for cloud technology, business trends, and advancements in technology.
  • Proven success in achieving goals and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for customer-facing roles.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to evolving environments.
