Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Articulating value propositions and unique selling points that resonate with customer objectives and IT strategies using solution selling methodologies and cloud-based offerings.
  • Providing tailored technical product insights based on customer needs and scenarios.
  • Enhancing technical knowledge by implementing innovative strategies to ensure customer success in cloud environments.
  • Assessing implementation requirements and pricing estimates to guarantee accurate cost assessments for new services.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations and solution presentations to clients via virtual platforms.
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients with the SMB Vendor Tele team.
  • Facilitating group and individual training sessions on specialized topics within the Center.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Thorough understanding of end-user scenarios, technical frameworks, and productivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity management, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment, planning, and management of cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Genuine interest in cloud computing, business trends, and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving goals and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for customer-facing roles.
  • Results-driven, collaborative team player, adaptable to dynamic environments.
