Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Articulating value propositions and unique selling points that align with customer objectives and IT strategies using solution selling techniques and cloud-based offerings.
  • Providing tailored technical product insights based on customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Enhancing technical knowledge by introducing innovative strategies to foster customer success in cloud environments.
  • Assessing implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate cost estimates for new services.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations and solution overviews to clients via digital platforms.
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients with the SMB Vendor Tele team.
  • Conducting both group and individual training sessions on specialized topics within the center.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Thorough understanding of end-user scenarios, technical architecture, and productivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment, planning, and management of cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Enthusiasm for cloud computing, business trends, and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals and delivering exceptional performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing roles.
  • Results-driven, collaborative team player, adaptable to evolving environments.
