We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a Swedish-Speaking Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting the engagement process and achieving the goals of our account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling through collaboration with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
- Present value propositions and differentiation for cloud solutions that align with the client's business goals and IT initiatives
- Provide a technical product overview and insights relevant to the customer's needs and usage scenario
- Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers over Teams
- Conduct group training and individual training throughout the Centre on topics in which you are an expert
- Proficient or bilingual in Swedish + fluent in English
- 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
- Experience in Cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communication solutions' design, migrations and management of technology
- Understanding of and passion for Cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and goals achieved
- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
- Full-time position, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
