As a Senior Ecosystem Development Manager with HPE CDS Spain, you will provide resources and guidance to partners on where to play within emerging trends in their ecosystem in alignment with HPE business priorities. You will work with partners to create mutually beneficial plans for the future, drive end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts, and articulate both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through partners.

The salary range for this role is estimated to be between €60,000 and €90,000 per year, depending on experience. This role has been designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resources and guidance to partners on where to play within emerging trends in their ecosystem
  • Work with partners to create mutually beneficial plans for the future
  • Drive end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts
  • Articulate both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through partners
  • Develop knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology
  • Demonstrate business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with one or many partners to grow HPE market share


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
