Vacation Rental Sales Development Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Lodgify. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads, as well as prequalifying inbound prospects to drive our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify's marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
- Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution.
- Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers.
- Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English and French (both) are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence.
- A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.
