Digital Marketing Strategist for Vacation Rental Software

Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a SEM/PPC Specialist, you'll be pivotal in shaping and executing our PPC strategy, optimizing campaigns across different search engines, and continuously innovating to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise in utilizing smart bidding techniques, including ROAS, Maximize Conversions, tCPA bidding, and Bid portfolios, will help us maximize performance KPIs across the entire marketing funnel.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning to execution and optimization, developing a deep understanding of business objectives and translating them into actionable SEM strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in utilizing smart bidding techniques to adapt bidding strategies to diverse business cases and optimize for maximum performance.
- Lead the charge in leveraging Performance Max campaigns to their full potential, staying updated on the latest advancements and innovations in Performance Max and implementing strategies to drive optimal results.
- Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copies, landing pages, and other key elements, iterating and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights to drive incremental improvements.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and techniques, such as Google Ads scripts, to streamline manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency, championing automation initiatives to improve campaign performance and scalability.
What You'll Need
- A proven track record of success in Google Ads, with expertise in utilizing smart bidding techniques, including ROAS, Maximize Conversions, tCPA bidding, and Bid portfolios.
- Experience with campaign management, from strategic planning to execution and optimization, with a deep understanding of business objectives and SEM strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks and iterate and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques, such as Google Ads scripts, to streamline manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
