Business Growth Strategist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in managing projects, providing strategic advice, and developing marketing, sales, and pricing strategies for industrial companies.
About the Role: As a Business Growth Strategist, you will lead high-impact projects, present insights and results to clients' top management teams, and apply your problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to drive business development. You will also contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.
Your Profile: To succeed in this role, you will have five to seven years of industry-specific knowledge in the consulting field or experience working for another consulting firm. You will have a strong track record of managing projects with successful results, complemented by excellent analytical skills and a dynamic attitude. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office. You will be a highly skilled communicator, passionate about commercial issues, and motivated to build high-performing teams.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
