At Alcura Health España S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align growth targets with key accounts and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their requirements, pipeline, and developing and growing the account.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales operations and define metrics for measuring success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English.
