**Job Overview**

New Seller Recruiting is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the continuously expanding Amazon Business Marketplace. As a key player, you will contribute to providing a better business customer experience and support new sellers in growing through offering new selections and more competitive prices.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your role will involve recruiting new sellers and supporting their onboarding process quickly. You will also be responsible for developing a new sales strategy to approach potential sellers that are difficult to reach using general sales methods. This includes partnering with various stakeholders both internally and externally to lead these initiatives.

**Requirements**

We are seeking a highly collaborative, high-energy, self-starter with strong business acumen and acute analytical skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and have a proven track record of growing business in challenging and ambiguous environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**

A strong English proficiency at business level is required. Experience in building and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies is preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Amazon offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee stock programs.
