About the Role
Amazon is seeking an experienced and result-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex advertiser goals, delivering against revenue targets, and nurturing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives
• Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
• Manage a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution
• Educate advertisers on video metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction

Requirements
• Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in planning and executing video campaigns
• Ability to partner with advertisers to meet brand building objectives and drive 100% renewal rates
• Experience pitching video and upper funnel products to advertising customers
• Strong bias for action, ability to earn trust with internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvement

What We Offer
As an Account Manager at Amazon, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
