Sales Business Development Manager

Amazon is a world leader in e-commerce, seeking Sales Business Development Managers to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team based in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to new business acquisition through lead generation and play a vital role in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses on Amazon.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying high-potential sellers, effectively prioritizing and leading a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed quarterly targets, and providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on the Amazon platform. You will work closely with new sellers to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience, enabling them to master Amazon's tools and systems efficiently.
A successful candidate will have at least 6 months to 2 years of related experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field, and be fluent in English, with a minimum B2 level in Chinese/Mandarin and Spanish. Strong direct sales and objection-handling skills are essential, along with a proven track record of performance and an action-oriented mindset.
