**Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our international team in Valencia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and skills to build strong relationships with merchants, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of our well-established global brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Full Sales Cycle: Conduct thorough market research, generate leads independently, engage with potential clients through cold calling, close deals, and onboard new clients during their first 3 months.
  • Self-Driven Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand our merchant network.
  • Territory Focus: Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts in one or two cities within the DACH region, across various industries and business sizes.
  • Merchant Growth: Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants, re-engage former clients, and consult on optimizing deals to improve satisfaction and revenue.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

**Salary**: We offer a **€40,000 - €60,000** annual salary depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission structure that can significantly increase earnings.
