Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Development and Portfolio Growth to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Clinical Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of High Potential clients for Comparator Services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing new accounts and securing existing business through individual contribution and team management. You will work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationships and gain overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experts in contact with the regional commercial team for answering and guiding on specific segment clients' requests.
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts in Global Comparator knowledge, providing advisory support on comparator sourcing and supply chain.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationships and gain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, communicate and analyze opportunities wins and losses.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the comparator services market and a proven track record of business development and portfolio growth. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
