Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Development and Partnerships

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Clinical Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-potential clients and building strong relationships with our commercial and clinical study teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experts in contact with the regional commercial team to answer and guide clients' requests, such as RFQs and RFIs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Comparator knowledge, providing advisory support on comparator sourcing and supply chain.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationships and gain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, communicate and analyze opportunities wins and losses, identifying and recommending solutions and actions to address client loss scenarios.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of comparator sourcing and supply chain, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
