- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers responsible for buying, selling, or trading additive raw materials.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve quarterly business revenue targets.
- Managing a sales pipeline of qualified leads from inbound and outbound channels, working the full sales cycle from cold call to successful closing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling software to banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.
- Strong experience in a complex sales position in the Banking/Finance Industry.
- Ability to align client business objectives with Kemiex solutions through active listening.
- Proven track record of prospecting and selling to companies with €100 million-plus revenue.
- Ability and willingness to initiate cold calls and schedule meetings.
- A team player with strong business acumen, a mindset of owning the pipeline, and high standards in selling that go above and beyond expectations.
- Success-driven persona with a 'hands-on' mentality and a proven ability to go the extra mile when necessary.
- Proficient in organization, time management, and prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- The ability to travel as necessary (usually up to 5 times per year).
