Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Alcestia Consulting. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative travel management solutions.
About the Role- Identify and connect with potential clients through comprehensive research and outreach.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other strategic touchpoints.
- Present tailored travel management solutions to key stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive team to enhance processes and exceed targets.
- Native fluency in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Romanian, or Greek, with a strong command of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- A driven mindset, being proactive, flexible, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Required documentation to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish bank account, Social Security number).
- Background in SaaS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups is a plus.
- Compensation: An attractive base salary of €24,000 per annum, plus an annual OTE bonus of €10,000.
