**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our Italian market team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.

**Key Responsibilities:**
You will:

  • Attend live chats and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the sales team with queries related to customer service
  • Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide friendly and efficient service, managing complaints and resolving situations between customers and providers
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails, identifying and escalating issues when necessary

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics sector
  • Native or proficient Italian language skills (C2 level)
  • Familiarity with online customer service platforms, including online chat and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a quick learner
