Customer Service Expert

The Salary Package €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
As a Customer Support Representative at Snaphunt, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and emails, as well as live chat interactions with customers.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication during conversations;
- Ensuring call resolution in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction;
- Achieving call center metrics as defined by our client, KPIs, and SLAs;
- Recognizing and adjusting the support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and needs;
- Educating customers on support options and the steps being taken to resolve the issue;
- Communicating positively with team members, customers, and other partners;
- Escalating issues to the appropriate department according to Client's Procedures;
- Managing the customer experience, educating, and upselling customers on products and services;
- Working in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You speak Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2);
- Experience in customer care is a plus;
- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information;
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
