We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. Your primary focus will be on onboarding new clients, project management, and data analysis. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
German native speaker or C1 level proficiency
Fluency in English
