About This PositionAs a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will actively network and set appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs and provide comprehensive digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cold calling, and appointment setting, focusing on full sales cycles and developing a book of business.
This role will be based in our Madrid office, requiring strong consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate them on the power of Ogury services. You will also be expected to hit budget and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis, managing territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services.
- Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
- Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
- Manage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales skills and tactics, including relationship development and management. They should also have strong knowledge and experience within the Digital industry, preferably with experience working within Mobile.
A demonstrable collaborator and team player, the successful candidate will take a proactive approach in their day-to-day activities and think ahead of the curve to provide solutions and value. Strong networking skills and a desire to be actively engaged in the digital market are essential.
What We Can OfferCompetitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
