Optimalprint is a B2C business that offers personalized products to consumers worldwide. Gelato Create caters to our creators through a software platform, connecting them with a global network of production partners. GelatoConnect is our newest business unit, which has built the largest ecosystem in the printing industry, providing cost savings and efficiency for production hubs.

The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic VP of Product Marketing to develop, organize, and implement our global product marketing practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing a best-in-class product marketing practice in a global B2B SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Articulate a Clear Vision: Define and refine a go-to-market strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and ensures effective communication of the value proposition to target audiences.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition to target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales plays that drive engagement and conversion, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses thought leadership, educational content, and promotional materials to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Product Launches: Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring coordinated efforts across marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of product marketers to align with business goals and deliver key artifacts for cross-functional teams.
  • Market Expansion: Research, define, and develop plans for new markets in partnership with go-to-market leaders to expand Gelato's total addressable market.
