About the Role

Gelato Group, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Product Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global product marketing strategy, driving business growth, and building a high-performing product marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Articulate a Clear Vision: Define and refine our go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving business growth.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop and articulate a clear and compelling value proposition that effectively communicates the benefits of our products to target audiences.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales plays that drive engagement and conversion, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses thought leadership, educational content, and promotional materials to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of product marketers to align with business goals and deliver key artifacts for cross-functional teams.
  • Market Expansion: Research, define, and develop plans for new markets in partnership with go-to-market leaders to expand Gelato's total addressable market.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a VP, Director, or leading the Product Marketing driving strategy and execution.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to analyze markets and help drive our go-to-market direction.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience building and leading high-performance teams, developing and operationalizing brand marketing organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across c-suite, marketing, sales, and customer success.
