Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and steering committee members
  • Supervise interdisciplinary projects and foster collaboration between marketing and other key departments
  • Perform market research and data analysis to craft informed marketing strategies and optimize product positioning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international marketing roles with a proven track record of success
  • Proven track record of successful project management and execution within the agrifood, entrepreneurship, or innovation sector
  • Experience in implementing CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Deep knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects across departments and teams, with a focus on innovation and strategic growth
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills
  • Languages: Spanish (C1), English (C1). Italian is a plus
