Global Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and steering committee members
- Supervise interdisciplinary projects and foster collaboration between marketing and other key departments
- Perform market research and data analysis to craft informed marketing strategies and optimize product positioning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in international marketing roles with a proven track record of success
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution within the agrifood, entrepreneurship, or innovation sector
- Experience in implementing CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Deep knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a global environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects across departments and teams, with a focus on innovation and strategic growth
- Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills
- Languages: Spanish (C1), English (C1). Italian is a plus
- Permanent contract
