About the Role:
Ardoq is a leading SaaS scale-up company helping organizations make reliable, data-driven decisions faster. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and are looking for a Key Account Director to join our US office.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially motivated professional with 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider to lead our Enterprise and Strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience achieving sales targets in an account management/revenue expansion role with complex Enterprise organizations and possess previous leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business consisting of Enterprise and Strategic accounts with high individual ARR.

- Create new pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage account renewals.

- Identify and drive growth strategy across accounts to meet retention and growth targets.

- Orchestrate a global team to develop a demand generation strategy for customers.

- Capture information and metrics in the CRM system.

- Work closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of the Ardoq platform.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider.

- Experience achieving sales targets in an account management/revenue expansion role with complex Enterprise organizations.

- Previous leadership experience is a bonus.
