About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth and pipeline through identifying, developing, and creating new enterprise business opportunities in new accounts for our Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies, setting up qualified meetings, and maintaining an annual book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to drive sales growth and pipeline
  • Maintain and organize a robust annual book of business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform your sales approach
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment and success
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in a SaaS organization. A Bachelor's degree from a top university is preferred, but not required. You should have native English proficiency, ideally with prior knowledge of the UK market. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently while also being a team player.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, and generous leave for new parents.
