As the Enterprise Sales Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving our annual member growth goals in the Enterprise segment. Your mission is to build and develop a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team that can propel us towards becoming market leaders in Belgium by 2030.

About the Role
  • Define strategic objectives to drive recurring revenue in the Enterprise segment
  • Mentor and grow a highly efficient sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) using a scalable model that enables exponential growth on the market
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals in Belgium while ensuring a progressive career path for the future

You will spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field, directly contributing to key-strategic deals and maximising performance. This role requires a strong leader who can empower every member of the crew to reach personal and team targets through day-to-day coaching, attending customer meetings, deal reviews, and training sessions.

About You

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience
