Enterprise Sales Growth Lead

As the Enterprise Sales Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving our annual member growth goals in the Enterprise segment. Your mission is to build and develop a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team that can propel us towards becoming market leaders in Belgium by 2030.
About the Role- Define strategic objectives to drive recurring revenue in the Enterprise segment
- Mentor and grow a highly efficient sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) using a scalable model that enables exponential growth on the market
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals in Belgium while ensuring a progressive career path for the future
You will spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field, directly contributing to key-strategic deals and maximising performance. This role requires a strong leader who can empower every member of the crew to reach personal and team targets through day-to-day coaching, attending customer meetings, deal reviews, and training sessions.

Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience
