The Role
The Enterprise Sales Growth Manager is responsible for driving sales acquisition growth in the Enterprise segment. Your targets include achieving annual member growth goals in this segment and building a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team to ensure exponential growth and market leadership in Belgium by 2030.
Your Responsibilities
- Defining Goals and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive recurring revenue in the Enterprise segment.
- Mentoring and Building a Sales Team: Lead and mentor a highly efficient and productive sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) in a scalable model.
- Recruiting and Developing Talent: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing and committed sales personnel in Belgium, ensuring a progressive career path.
- Coaching and Training: Provide day-to-day coaching, attend customer meetings, deal reviews, and create and deliver training to empower your team.
- Field Work: Spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field, directly contributing to key strategic deals to maximize performance.
About You
We're looking for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership and sales management skills. You should have a strong track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams. Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
