**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our advertising function, driving revenue growth and expansion in Spain and Portugal.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Sales Managers to deliver excellent customer service and support multiple business initiatives for existing customers.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets by scaling up the existing advertising business and increasing the Taboola footprint through new business wins.
  • Design and lead the delivery of annual strategic plans with Sales and AM teams, managing top advertisers and agencies relationships to ensure loyalty and sustainable growth.
  • Represent local voice in international internal forums, spreading best practices, detecting opportunities, and bringing new guidelines to the team.

**Requirements**

  • 10 years of professional experience in client-facing digital advertising, with at least 5 years managing and developing a sales team.
  • Exceptional relationship management and client service skills, preferably with expertise in premium agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence and identify trends in data.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
