We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Professional to join our New Business Sales team and drive growth across the globe. As an elite salesperson, you'll be responsible for owning market segments with a solution-oriented approach and using your expertise to grow our customer base at lightning speed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting. You'll need excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Latvian/Lithuanian/Russian, and a keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, focusing on cold-calling
- Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base
- Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Liaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
You'll also need to be autonomous, balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, while engaging your team and activating internal resources.
What we offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 per annum
- Fluency in English and Latvian/Lithuanian/Russian
- 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
