Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive business expansion and customer success? Ardoq, a leading SaaS scale-up company, is seeking a talented Key Account Director to join our US office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to drive retention and expansion.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Manage a book of business consisting of high-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to meet retention and expansion targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation and customer adoption
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

We imagine you will bring:

  • 10 years of experience in a SaaS provider, with a strong commercial acumen
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in account management and revenue expansion roles
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on virtual leadership and team management
  • Experience working with CIOs and CTOs, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges
