**Job Description:**
As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
You will act as the glue between sales and marketing, developing inbound and outbound leads, and qualifying them before passing them on to our field sales colleagues.
We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, is curious, and enjoys working on meaningful projects while being energized by lifelong learning.
This role requires 1-2 years of relevant sales/business development experience, fluency in German & English, and strong problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
**Salary Estimate:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
