Global Sales Efficiency Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Intern. As a key member of our global sales effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and productivity by managing sales tools and strengthening sales processes.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales effectiveness analysts to support them in their quest to drive sales efficiency through sales process improvement, tools selection, implementation, reporting & training. You will be responsible for contributing to the build-up of user guides or short how-to videos enabling our sales population to get the best from our SF One solution.
In this role, you will also support the organization of training events: invites, tracking, logistics, planning, follow-ups, and follow up with users on collecting their feedback, providing guidance on where they can find the learning materials.
About You:
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
- You are currently studying at a university and looking for an internship program in a tech company.
- You have a keen interest in CRM and sales processes, and you are eager to learn more about them.
- You are a good organizer, meticulous, and precise, with a strong attention to detail.
- You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment.
