About the Role:
SAP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team. As the glue between sales and marketing, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
• Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
• Meet daily activity KPIs.

Requirements:
• Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven individual.
• Fluent German and English speaker. Additional languages beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
• Ability to work well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
