**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Energy Commercial Director to lead our B2C sales strategy in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining segmentation, bid positioning, and differentiation strategies
• Developing commercial business plans for approval by the P&L Director
• Conducting market studies to identify opportunities and threats
• Managing customer portfolios and margins
• Designing sales campaigns and setting targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of French is an advantage
• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in business administration, commercial, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in office packages (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong negotiation and sales techniques skills
• Familiarity with energy legislation and regulations
