Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and develop our Medical Sales Representative team within the Madrid region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Medical Sales Representative team to achieve sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting business objectives.
- Analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights.
- Implement tailored development plans to support the professional growth of team members.
- Act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach.
- Execute the commercial plan effectively within the region.
- Serve as a critical link between upper management and the Medical Sales team to meet strategic company objectives.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in health sciences or business administration.
- Proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector.
